Heys guys! I'm trying to be healthy and toned so this blog is great motivation for me :)
Stats: 16, female. Height: 5ft 8, 174cm Weight: 64kg, 140lbs
I want to get to 60kg and just be toned and healthy :)

breakfast: yogurt, apple, muesli

morn tea: fruit salad with mango yogurt

lunch: lettuce, carrot, cucumber, tomato, cheese, onion and avocado sandwich on rye bread (so yummy)

dinner: grilled salmon and lettuce :)
