Heys guys! I'm trying to be healthy and toned so this blog is great motivation for me :)
Stats: 16, female. Height: 5ft 8, 174cm Weight: 64kg, 140lbs
I want to get to 60kg and just be toned and healthy :)

Breakfast: Porridge, nectarine and mango yogurt

Lunch: 2x nectarines, banana and peanut butter of rye toast

Dinner: Grilled salmon and salad

Snacks: fruit, yogurt and muesli 

Exercise: 20 mins elliptical

Ate: 1379 calories

Burned: 207 calories

Net: 1172 calories!

Breakfast: diet shake

Morn tea: fruit smoothie

Lunch: bacon and cheese scroll

Afternoon tea: yogurt

Dinner: 2 sushi rolls

Dessert: banana and yogurt

Exercise: 40mins treadmill :)
